Kevin Schwartzenberg is an Assistant Vice President on WSP’s Sustainability, Energy, and Climate Change team. He comes from an interdisciplinary background and enjoys bringing his 15+ years of experience in engineering, sustainability, technology development, and data analysis to bear to support clients. Kevin has expertise in many aspects of carbon dioxide removal including carbon offset project development for the compliance and voluntary markets, project design, validation and verification, and methodology development.
Ram Amar is the CEO of Rewind.earth, a biomass carbon removal & storage startup, pioneering scalable, permanent, nature based CDR projects. With background in physics and computer science, Ram previously built and sold Alooma, a big data startup, to Google, and then turned to work on mitigating the climate crisis. Alongside Rewind, Ram also co-founded a Net Zero think tank, a community of entrepreneurs transitioning to climate-tech, and a philanthropic initiative to fund pivotal climate action projects.

Joseph Kochanski is a sustainability professional with 15+ years' experience working in third-party social and environmental certification programs. His areas of expertise center around carbon dioxide removal crediting programs, social auditing, responsible forestry, and traceability of natural resources, including forest products, seafood, and palm oil. In a multitude of capacities during his career, he has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies on their sustainability goals, particularly around net zero commitments, and the responsible sourcing of natural resources. Hailing from rural Wisconsin, USA, Joseph has a passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices within agricultural and forestry dependent communities.
Tyler Malin is a pioneering figure at the intersection of environmental markets, legal engineering, and blockchain technology. As COO and Co-founder of Malama Labs, he leads the development of next-generation infrastructure for carbon removal markets, combining deep expertise in regulatory frameworks with innovative technological solutions.  His career spans multiple successful ventures in both traditional and emerging industries. After establishing himself as an attorney specializing in regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and labor law, Tyler recognized the transformative potential of blockchain technology in solving complex market challenges. This insight led him to the role of CTO at ReSeed, where he architected solutions for agricultural carbon markets and developed novel approaches to supply chain verification.  As Partner at DeepChain Legal Engineering Labs, Tyler helped bridge the gap between traditional legal frameworks and emerging technologies, creating new models for regulatory compliance in digital markets. His entrepreneurial success includes co-founding Idea Farmer LLC, which he grew from inception to recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies before its successful acquisition by Zapin Industries.  At Malama Labs, Tyler combines his legal acumen with technological innovation to address one of today’s most pressing challenges: scaling carbon removal markets. His work focuses on creating transparent, efficient market infrastructure that aligns environmental impact with economic incentives. Under his leadership, Malama Labs is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to transform how carbon credits are verified and traded.

Leigh Picchetti is a reputation and brand strategist with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications and nearly a decade of leadership in the areas of cleantech, ESG and the energy transition. Prior to joining CO280, she led marketing for eFuels technology provider and project developer Infinium. She also helped launch the first retail carbon farming program at global agribusiness giant Nutrien. Her experience spans a multitude of industries across corporate, nonprofit and agency settings. Based in the Denver metropolitan area, Leigh has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as an Outstanding Woman in Business and is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation “Leadership Denver” program. She has earned dozens of awards from industry organizations such as Investor Relations Magazine, Ragan, the Public Relations Society of America, the Business Marketing Association, the Cooperative Communicators Association and the National Agri- Marketing Association. Leigh earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Denver and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa.
Ryan has 25 years of experience in operating, investing, and consulting roles in the energy sector. Currently, Ryan is the Chairman and CEO of Cowboy Clean Fuels, LLC, a company that he co-founded in 2020 to commercialize revolutionary technology developed at the University of Wyoming to produce Renewable Natural Gas and sequester Carbon Dioxide removed from the atmosphere by leveraging natural geo-biological systems and repurposing existing energy assets. Including Cowboy, Ryan has founded, financed or managed 50 companies at seed, venture and growth equity stages, representing over $250 million of invested and committed capital.
