Glenn Bark is a geoscientist with expertise in climate change mitigation through mineralogy, geochemistry, and advanced characterization of geological samples related to geological storage of CO2 in the bedrock and mine waste (CCS, Carbon Capture and Storage). He has pioneered investigations into onshore CO2 storage in Sweden and has established a global network of collaborators. He acted as expert reviewer of the IPCC AR6 Working Group III report, for the chapters on technology innovation, transfer and deployment.
